After his active duty tour in the Navy, Dr. Bartley was one of two physicians that began private practice at Oak Harbor Medical Center in 1985. In his free time he enjoys mountain climbing and is custom building a kayak in his garage.

Dr. Bibby joined Whidbey Community Physicians in January of 1999 after he was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. He is Chief of Emergency Medicine at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, in addition to his private practice. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and kayaking in his hand made vessel.

Deb joined the practice in October of 2004. As a Physician Assistant, she is licensed to practice medicine in association with medical doctors. Deb can prescribe all medications and provide a complete range of medical services to patients. Her special interest is women's health. Dr. Knaack began practicing medicine in Oak Harbor in 1975 at Family Medicine Clinic. When he is not putting in long hours at the office, Dr. Knaack enjoys spending time with his grandson and wood working. He also helps his wife tend sheep on their acreage outside of Oak Harbor.

After residency, Dr. Langrock joined Drs. Bartley and Sanders at Oak Harbor Medical Center in August of 1990. He spends his off hours with his wife and young daughters. On occasion, he can be seen on stage at the Whidbey Playhouse, when the demands of private practice and family allow.
