After his active duty tour in the Navy, Dr. Bartley was one of two physicians that began private practice at Oak Harbor Medical Center in 1985. In his free time he enjoys mountain climbing and is custom building a kayak in his garage.

Dr. Bibby joined Whidbey Community Physicians in January of 1999 after he was honorably discharged from the United States Air Force. He is Chief of Emergency Medicine at Naval Hospital Oak Harbor, in addition to his private practice. In his spare time, he enjoys rock climbing and kayaking in his hand made vessel.
